Parvati Parameshwara Temple, Littleton, MA is planning to do Sthira (Prana) Pratishtha of Shiv Parivar and Navagraha idols. Pran Pratishtha is a revered Hindu ritual that holds profound significance during which the Idol becomes a living embodiment of the deity. After this sacred ritual the divine presence within the idol is said to persist for ETERNITY.
Parvati Parameshwara Temple invites the entire community to be part of this sacred ritual. It is not an exaggeration that your participation and help for this consecration of Idols will not only benefit you but will also shower blessing on your future generations.
While donation of any amount is welcome, we are requesting devotees to consider pledging a minimum of $2501 towards Pran Pratishtha. If 400 families can contribute, we will REALIZE our goal of completing Pran Pratishtha before next year’s Shiv Ratri. We are requesting everyone to please donate towards Pran Pratishtha and more importantly spread the word and encourage your friends and relatives to donate.
Mandirs will be built and Prana Prathishtha will be happening for the following Deities

- Sri Valli Devasena Sametha Subramanya Swamy
- Sri Adi Shankaracharya
